When you text MyAIContact, we collect your phone number and the content of your text messages. This information is used solely to provide AI-generated responses and maintain conversation continuity.
Your phone number is used to identify your account, track your message usage, and manage your subscription. Your message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses and is stored temporarily to maintain conversation context.
We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver the MyAIContact service.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive one AI response per message you send, plus occasional service messages (subscription confirmations, usage warnings, and billing notifications). Message and data rates may apply.
We use the following third-party services to operate MyAIContact:
Twilio (SMS delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (data storage). Each processes only the minimum data required for their function.
Conversation context (your recent messages) is retained to provide continuity between messages. Message logs are retained for billing and service quality purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by texting "DELETE MY DATA" to MyAIContact.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, we will not send you further messages unless you re-initiate contact.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
MyAIContact is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of MyAIContact after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
